Frequently Asked Questions
How do you get referrals?
We partner with insurance companies to pair you with diverse clients in need of care. Don't worry, we take care of all the billing - and you'll get compensated regardless of claim approval.
How fast can I grow my caseload?
On average, clinicians get up to 15-20 clients within a month after starting. Our care coordinators will help match you with folks who fit your expertise.
Can I bring my existing clients to Allminds?
If your clients are self-pay or if we are in-network with their carrier, we are happy to bring them to Allminds and pair them with you.
How often do I get paid?
We pay clinicians every two weeks on an hourly basis. We compensate for all work done, including client sessions, no-shows, collaterals, treatment plans and other admin tasks.
Do you have minimum caseload requirements?
We require all clinicians to maintain a caseload of at least 10 weekly clients. No pressure from us to build your caseload beyond this minimum.
What are the requirements to join?
All Allminds clinicians must hold an active license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD) and reside in California.
